2 to 3 pounds of Brussels Sprouts ½ teaspoon crushed garlic 5 tablespoons of olive oil 1 teaspoon of salt ½ Freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Cut off brown ends of Brussels sprouts. Slice Brussels sprouts in Half. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to the universal tray. Slide universal tray in the middle runner.
Turn Combi-steam on and select Operating Modes, Combination Mode, Select Convection bake Set the Duration, Set the oven temperature at 375° F, Set the duration for 13 minutes and set the moisture level at 100%. Select ok.
Add another cooking stage. Select Surround, Set the duration, Set the oven temperature at 435° F. Set the duration for 10 minutes. Set the moisture level at 20%. Press OK. Start now.
