Hands-On Bread Baking Workshop

Do you love the warmth and aroma of artisan bread filling your home? In this hands-on bread-baking workshop, you’ll learn how to make artisan quality breads in your Miele oven. We will cover every step of the baking process from proofing and kneading to the importance of moisture in order to achieve a crispy golden crust. You’ll leave with the skills and knowledge to make fresh baked bread all winter long.

Add some Mediterranean Flair to your Cooking

Greece is home to some of the most iconic foods in the world. Located in the heart of the Mediterranean, Greek recipes are prepared with versatile ingredients that easily create dishes from simple to elaborate. Join us for a cooking demonstration with Chef Christal to learn how to make traditional Greek dishes at home.

 

Menu: Greek Salad, Dolmadakia (Stuffed Grape Leaves), Moussaka (The National Dish of Greece), Spanikopita (Spinach Pie) Baklava (Traditional Grecian Dessert).

Irish Supper Cooking Demonstration

Start your St. Patrick’s Day a few days early with us! We would like to invite you to our Irish supper in celebration of the upcoming holiday! A dinner of sweet and savory Irish dishes will be cooked with Miele Combi-Steam, Range and Convection Ovens by a Miele Chef.

 

The afternoon’s menu includes Sage Butter Potato Dumplings, Sticky Irish Whiskey Ribs with Cabbage Slaw and Molten Chocolate Guinness Cakes.

Handmade Pasta Workshop

Local chef Steve Mannino will be hosting a pasta workshop to teach techniques in making restaurant-quality pasta. The course will include Fresh Mozzarella Raviolis with Truffle Butter Sauce, Chicken Tortellini in Pesto Broth, Ricotta Ravioli with Sausage, Broccoli Rapini and Tomato Sauce, and Fettuccine with Brown Butter and Mushrooms.

MasterClass: Combi-Steam Oven

Do you know everything your Combi-Steam oven is capable of doing? Whether you’re cooking for 2 or 10, discover why the Combi-Steam oven is our go to appliance. Using our Combi, Convection and Broiling modes we’ll show you how program multi-stages and use the roast probe. You’ll leave this class with an understanding of how to combine steam and convection heat at the same time to create moist and flavorful foods.
