Class focuses on how to make perfect pie dough and achieve photo worthy results with lattice, braids and crimping styles.
Food Stylist and Chef Erin Jeanne McDowell will share her professional secrets to making picture perfect pies. Students will also learn Erin's tips and techniques on how to take the perfect photo for social media. At the end of class everyone will enjoy a Pie Tasting Party with Pies that Erin baked with a glass of bubbly. Includes a copy of her book, The Fearless Baker, Simple Secrets for Baking like a Pro.
