Handmade Mozzarella and Ricotta Cheese Class
Chef Mark Fiori will be teaching the basics of how to make ricotta and fresh mozzarella. Students will spend the first portion of class learning the process of making fresh cheese and then will assist preparing 3 dishes with their fresh cheese. Following the cooking, everyone will enjoy the cheese and dishes created during class with fellow students.

Mother's Day Centerpiece with Alice's Table
Spring into the season with a flower arrangement crafted by you and your friends! Join us with our guest Alice’s Table for a Spring Celebration Centerpiece Workshop! Brighten up your home with the perfect centerpiece. Together we will be creating a beautiful spring arrangement in a chic vase! This centerpiece will be a showstopper! Enjoy complimentary welcome bubbly and light bites provided along with other non-alcoholic beverages.
As an added bonus, we will be giving attendees a special offer on a Miele Vacuum Cleaner during the event to help with the spring-cleaning ahead! Students will learn how to make fresh pasta from Chef Mark Fiori. Learn in depth the methods ingredients and optional tools that can be used to make every type of pasta. From kneading basics to successfully rolling and cutting pasta we will work in groups with guidance from Chef Mark. At the end of class Chef Mark will share his two favorite sauces to pair with ravioli and fettuccini.

Simply Sous Vide
Have you heard about sous vide cooking? It’s one of the hottest cooking trends this year.
